The founder of Orlan Capital, Frank Orlando, Jr., has been in the technology leasing business for 30 years. He was the founder of Frank Orlando Jr. & Company, which was established in the 1970's. FOJ was an information technology leasing company that began with a strong regional presence and grew to national prominence.
